I work with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, lack of motivation, and other issues. During the 1st session, I carefully assess and explore suitable approaches based on the client's needs. Clients are challenged and empowered to reach their full potential. Clients can walk away from sessions feeling welcomed, respected, heard, included, and empowered.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients challenge negative thought patterns that affect their emotions. I help them push back against distorted thoughts. I may take a Client-Centered Therapy Approach to help clients build adaptive responses to life stressors via self-awareness and self-esteem. I may use other modalities depending on the client's needs.

Our mind can do a lot of things. Sometimes, life has a way of backing us down which leads us into a state of overwhelm and distraught.

CBT offers solutions to distorted thinking patterns, develop healthier, and more realistic ways of thinking. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients challenge negative thought patterns that affect their emotions. I help them push back against distorted thoughts.
Solution-Focus Therapy
SFT is delving into solutions to current problems rather than digging up past issues. The approach is optimistic and future-focused, encouraging clients to envision and work towards a better future.
Client-Centered Therapy
Also known as Person-Centered Therapy, this approach includes creating a supportive and non-judgmental environment. I may take a Client-Centered Therapy Approach to help clients build adaptive responses to life stressors via self-awareness and self-esteem.
